In this video I’m addressing a topic that is close to my heart; the notion of being either a voice or an echo. I cite some extraordinary cases from history whereby hysteria was caused by people echoing sentiment, attitudes and responses rather than having a true account of the scenario upon which to base their and dictate their ensuing behaviour. 

I then draw some parallels to some of the comments and online discussions that followed my presentation at the NCH conference in recent weeks. I hope it offers up some stimulation and motivates you to think and act more effectively as a result.
