Following on from my previous video where I spoke about hypnotherapists needing to be free thinkers breaking away from tribalism within the hypnosis field, and in addition to previous videos where I have discussed file prophets and fake gurus in these fields, I wanted to talk about what to look for in leaders worth following. Thought leaders, leading figures, authorities within the field of hypnosis and hypnotherapy.

It’s a topic I have explored much more intensely in recent times, that of leadership, and I hope this helps you identify those that deserve you following them, or helps you become more effective as a leader in this field.
