The latter part of this video includes a point that is incredibly important to me – it is about how hypnotherapists can help make a major contribution to the reduction of the very real stigma attached to mental health issues – I write “very real” because recent government reports and international surveys support it’s existence and the problems related to it, I cite those in this video. This is important, but hypnotherapists are simply adding to the problem if they continue to demonise conventional medicine and approaches involving prescribed medication.

I also talk about the pros and cons of both medication and psychotherapy as a means of helping overcome depression. Here, watch the video and let me know what you think….
