It won’t be offering dietary advice, training plans, recipes, and it won’t be telling you to do the things that I do in the gym, though there will be reference to all those things. I will share a lot of my own journey so you know I do apply the principles myself and this is not just theoretical – I have been a lean endurance runner, a heavy weightlifter, and am currently a hybrid competitor in fitness events who is 51 years old and has a six-pack and muscular, defined physique. If you follow my social media feeds, you’ll have seen how my own physique has been consciously developed to fit my own goals and requirements over the years.

The aim of this programme is to teach and encourage you to adopt and apply some scientific principles and psychological skills and deliver some messages reinforced and delivered with hypnosis so that you can affect your own image of yourself, adopt the right kind of discipline and motivation, believe in yourself, alter your perception of effort, raise energy levels, increase consistency, and feel in control of your appetite while also enjoying your life and not feeling deprived. It aims to help you feel really good in your own skin.

This is not a weight loss programme, it aims to be more than that. If your aim is to reduce weight or reduce body fat, then it will help you, but if you wish to gain weight or be more contoured, it’ll help you with that too. Many of us settle as we get older and submit to many of the effects that modern living can have upon us in a range of ways. This programme aims to offer an antidote presented in a supportive environment.

We’ll set personal goals and realistic desired outcomes in accordance with solid scientific principles, we’ll work out the measurements you want to change with your physique, we’ll calculate your requirements early on so that we can monitor progress and tailor the programme in accordance as we proceed.

We will then have numerous focuses on activity levels and requirements, your approach to eating and nutrition, adopting habits, psychological requirements, emotional control, perception of identity, your personal beliefs and all the while we’ll continue measuring progress. I will offer hypnosis experiences in every session to support and advance the psychological processes we’ll work on. There will be prescribed behavioural tasks to engage in and psychological skills to apply outside of sessions and import into your life. The programme will require commitment, and though I’ll do all I can to help drive your motivation – you’ll be required to have a certain level of healthy self-motivation.

We’ll aim to have you well on track to your longer term goals by the end of the programme and then this Summer have you feeling amazing in your own skin.

It is a 6-session programme that will run across 12 weeks. The live online sessions will be mainly on Monday afternoons (1pm-3pm on Zoom) and will be recorded if you are unable to join me live so you can watch later on and still follow. If you do join live, you’ll be able to ask questions and share queries and experiences at the end of those sessions. Otherwise, you’ll have email access to me throughout the programme. The first session is Monday 14th April when we commence, and will be approximately fortnightly thereafter (Monday 14th and 28th April, Monday 12th and Tuesday 27th May, Monday 9th & 23rd June).
