Can you experience self-hypnosis in just one minute? In this short experiment, I’ll guide you through a simple exercise that demonstrates how attention, expectation, imagination and suggestion can influence your experience.
There are no tricks, no pressure and no need to “go under.”
Whether your hand moves dramatically, twitches slightly, simply feels different or doesn’t move at all, you’ll learn something valuable about how self-hypnosis actually works.
Remember: this isn’t a test you pass or fail. It’s an opportunity to observe how your mind and body respond.
