Understandably, there is a lot of anxiety and concern around at the moment. I wanted to offer up a video to help in some practical ways that are simple and can be applied today.

If you are suffering from anxiety, know that you are not alone. Anxiety issues are real during these trying times. However, you can mitigate it’s effect on your mental health. You can accomplish some mental calmness and peace of mind when you apply yourself effectively.
